The Harsh Noise Box is a piezo-powered sound device designed to produce the harshest sounds, but can make drones or reverberated textures as well.

This version is made of wood and comes with two oscillators and a section for the "junk". There are two modes: passive and active. In passive mode, the Harsh Noise Box works like any other piezo instrument - picking up the vibrations of the material that the piezo is attached to. In active mode, distortion is on and the oscillators can be turned on. Controls in active mode are for volume and oscillator pitch. There's also a piezo mute button that can be used to create a "stutter" effect.

6.33 mm jack output.
Works on a 9V battery (included) or with a 9V DC center negative power supply commonly used for guitar pedals (not included).
